  • MLK Ski Day Photo's

Hey everyone, sorry that it's been so long since the last post.  But to make it up, we have some new pictures to proudly display.

We went to Pando, and found out that they weren't able to accommodate our group.  So we went down the road to Cannonsburg, and had an absolutely great time.  Next year, that will be our first stop.  Thanks everyone who went, and for the great attitudes when we had to change plans.  See you next year.

  • The Wave Always Starts In The Student Section by Brad Cooper

Here is a blog by Brad Cooper a YP from Newspring Church, I like the idea finding it's home here at Pathway, but that's up to you guys.  Pastor Brent

I dont know why that statement is always true— but @ every sporting event i’ve ever been to the wave… the cheers… the passion…. always starts in the student section!

Students are the key for momentum, and every sporting venue with a legendary environment understands this truth.

The market knows this… They market iPod’s to students and BLAM… Every soccer mom in America has one! Musicians know this… Food and Beverage companies know this… Fashion designers know this…

Why Does It Take The Church So Long To Catch On!?

If you want to see your church’s passion gage go up, focus on the students. If you want to see evangelism move forward, focus on students! If you desire to see a culture of Discipleship in your Church, Focus on the Students…

*Thank you NewSpring for your heart for the next generation!

  • Christmas Madlib From Youth Group

"Twas the chicken before Christmas and all through the door, not a creature was stirring, not even a stop sign.  The boys were hung by the cats with care, in hopes that Mario Lopez would soon be purple.  The dogs were nestled all snug in their dolphins while visions of chairs danced in their poop.  And Mom in her girl and I in my angel had just settled down for a bumpy winter's nurses.  When out on the bearclaw there arose such a clatter, I jumped from my out house to see what was the matter.  Away to the popsickle, I bounced like a flash, tore open the snow and threw up the coffee.  When what to my wondering liver should appear, but a paisley sleigh and 52 fragrant reindeer.  With a little old driver, so lively and festering, I knew in a moment it must be Emily.  More rapid than school, the trees they came, and he skated and drived them all by name: On MuShu, and Adam, on Santa Claus and Ashton Kutcher, on Baby Balooga and Akon and Zane Alexander and Pastor Scott.  But I heard him runas he drove out of sight, "Squishy Christmas to all, and to all a good zebra."
